Convenient spot close to Caroline Bay Beach and the popular Caroline Bay. 🏖️ Great location with a lovely setting nearby!

Easy check-in, parking onsite. Great room, exceptionally comfortable bed and absolutely clean bathroom. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Very welcoming, accommodating people working here. Location near to the beach and town centre, timaru, very well located within easy walking distance to many food options, and a garden.

My dog and I enjoyed being there, it's grand old and colourful hotel. Magnificent location - walking distance to everywhere I needed. A shopping mall and supermarkets were right next door. It was about 15 km from the airport:)))

The double room in this place has all the essential amenities including central heating, an iron, and a dining area, located centrally near restaurants by Caroline Bay.

The hotel was charming old and placed in a classic-style building. There were comfy beds and central heating in the double room. - It was tastefully decorated compared to other rooms in Timaru.

The room was nicely furnished and neat, with a large bathroom. the hotel was clean, and the staff was really helpful and friendly. the location was good and lovely, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the Kiwi Observatory.

The location is convenient, right near Caroline Bay and restaurants. the deluxe queen suite is beautifully furnished with a lovely kitchen and kettle. - the service is excellent, offering free parking and Wi-Fi.

The hotel is fancy and fairly clean, with great views by a mini garden. the units are brand-new and good-sized. - the beds are lovely. - the staff and owner are affable. - the location is amazing, just off restaurants in town with a beautiful garden. - I enjoyed the proximity to Northtown Mall, which is relatively close to the venue. - When I am in Timaru, I like staying here.
